These Terms of Service ('Terms') govern your access to and use of our premium online Japanese language education platform, services, and software provided by Nihongo.ai, based in Chiyoda, Tokyo ('we', 'us', or 'our'). Any free trial or promotional offer provides access to the Service for a limited period. Unless you cancel before the end of the trial period, your trial will automatically convert into a paid subscription, and we will charge your designated payment method for the applicable subscription fee.

The Service may contain links or integrations with third-party websites or services. Nihongo.ai does not endorse or assume any responsibility for any such third-party sites, information, materials, products, or services. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.
9. Cancellation, Refunds & Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will be effective at the end of the current billing cycle. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account if you violate these Terms. Refunds are handled in accordance with our specific Refund Policy available on the platform.
10. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. Nihongo.ai does not guarantee specific learning outcomes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nihongo.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nihongo.ai and its affiliates from any claims, losses, or damages resulting from your violation of these Terms or your use of the Service.
